A 67-year-old woman drowned in a fish pond in Tai Po.
The police received a report at around 11 a.m. that the woman was found in the fish pond in Ha Wong Yi Au village.
Firefighters rescued the victim from the pond. She was rushed to Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital but was certified dead subsequently.
Investigations are underway.
